A BRIEF INTRODUCTION

Are you, like me, constantly trawling online and marching up and down the high street in a bid to find stylish clothes for your towering frame?! If you have faced this long-standing issue (see what I did there) or found that attempt at a joke funny, then you my friend, have come to the right place :-)

​

Standing an impressive 6”5, I have always found that tall guys like myself have been given the short end of those giant sticks when it comes to tracking down decent attire, that is...well long enough. I guess this could be considered nature’s way of evening out the odds.

​

Over the years, I have employed various wardrobe tactics in an attempt to address the punishment that has been bestowed upon us for daring to be taller than average. These include making up the fabric shortfall by rocking only boots and high-tops to practically wearing jeans around my knees, which became harder to justify with each birthday :-) In recent times, a reprieve has been provided for those willing to go to any length to address their sartorial needs (pun indeed intended) in the form of the cropped look. What had previously been the preserve of the runway appears to have now become a fashion mainstay.

Having been left frustrated many times with the lack of choice on offer in this department, I have decided to create a one stop shop in the form of this blog to cover all of your long-legged needs. Join me for tips, great info and the occasional rant as I take on this tall order from all angles.
